GrandKidz Soft Play Cafe

Thought it looked small and limited on arrival but the children were entertained enough for the time we were there. Disappointed the coffee machine was out of order but these things happen. Disco room was an interesting addition and something different to the usual soft play and was enjoyed by the girls.

Today was our 2nd time visiting, my daughter absolutely loves it here and never wants to leave when it’s time! The soft play is a perfect size, sensory room also a favourite! The drawing/ dance room is also very good, would recommend owners putting music on from the start as kids love a good dance, can be a cold in there too but for us it’s a minor issue, we still think it’s a great soft play! My daughter absolutely loves it and that’s all that matters! The owners and workers are so lovely, very welcoming and appreciative of you coming! All in all I think it’s really good

The staff were extremely friendly. 14 month old and almost 4 year old were very entertained the whole time. Suitable for both. They loved the party room and dancing to the music. Cost of getting in is very similar to comparable soft plays. More frequent visits would be supported with sibling discount or not paying for adults. Coffee was good and allergy free options. The staff really care about the business and listened to feedback. Overall had a really lovely time. Great theme. 4 year old loved dressing up as a pilot. Great location in town centre. Would visit again.

We visited around 3 weeks ago, for the first time. We found out about this Soft Play Café through Instagram and were really excited to see the theming in person. We were not disappointed. This venue is very clean, inviting and well-themed. The owners were so lovely, they welcomed everyone when they entered and gave them the run down of the session, and spoke to all guests. There is plenty of seating available and a lovely café with reasonably priced food and yummy-looking bakes which even cater to dietary requirements! There were four main play areas; the softplay, sensory room, aviation area and disco room. At the end of the session there was a mini disco before we were all thanked for coming. First time visiting here this morning. I was a bit dubious as the reviews I had read at the start of the year were not great HOWEVER. I honestly loved it and so did my 2 year old. They must have really listened to feedback. We were let in and seen too promptly for our 1130 slot. It wasn't too busy at all and there were plenty to keep my toddler entertained. It's honestly one of the best I've been too due to there being more than just a soft play zone. My son loved the sensory room It was nice to be able to sit and have a coffee whilst my son was playing, knowing he was safe and happy. 15 minutes or so before the end there was a little disco with a disney singalong which was a nice touch. The tables are first come first serve but the idea would be you're sharing with others which is absolutely fine. The 2 ladies working were attentive and professional. I did think for just the 2 of them it was a bit busy but they seemed to get on with it. Highly recommend and will.not visit regularly making the journey from tamworth.

We had such a lovely morning!! I brought my 1 and 2 year old and we had the best time. They absolutely loved the flight theme and especially the flight simulator with pilot dress up! There’s also a sensory room which my little one loved, a plane themed soft play, a colouring room and tablet games available. Great priced food and drink. We had beans on toast. There’s a 15 minute disco at the end which my youngest loved! I was apprehensive to visit at first due to the reviews but they painted such a different picture than the experience we had. Maybe the issues were resolved! Loved it and we’ll definitely be returning!
